I love this place!!! From: valerielovesjulian@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006   I have lived at the complex for over 17 years and I have never had a problem. I also have a yung son and would not live anywhere that was "infested with perverts." My mother is the manager and she wors had to ive proper affordable housing to lower income families. For a low price and bills paid you get a camfortable place to call home. The complex is filled with many residents who have stayed here for years and more. The manager goes above and beyond to help the residents. If anyone says anything else they are lying.
