I have visited many families over the years at Metker Place. Their apartments were clean, taken care of and none of them complained about bad management. In fact, they complimented the management as they could always count on them. It is close to an INCREDIBLE elementary school and walking distance to stores. I would recommend it to anyone.

In response to NASTY COMMENTS; if you were to visit "many families" at Metker Place then that must mean you were one of the many that are related to the previous manager. That manager had probably 4-6 units rented out to her family and I think ALL of them were months behind on their rent. The manager was rarely in the office or she had someone from her family answering phones and doing a half assed job at it. I found out that the apartments were behind on their bills, no thanks to the manager's family, and now the property has been sold and there's NEW management! Hopefully things will look a little brighter for Metker Place.
