VERY BAD From: takemeaway21 Date posted: 11/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This is the absolute worse place I've ever lived. They tout this place as clean and luxurious, HA! I would like to know by whose standards are they judging. We've been here only 13 weeks (too long)and from day 1 the disappointment set in and it's been down hill ever since. This complex is brand new but, don't be fooled. There are no standards here. Tenants leave all of their junk out on their balconies (optical overload), there are leaks, thin walls and RAW SEWAGE backups. Not to mention, the lack of storage, the cold bath water and the ENORMOUS THRASH PILEUPS. The staff is pleasant. They give you quick tours of the apartments and brag about the high occupancy levels since opening. But, Id like to know how many people have moved out before the end of their lease term. Do yourself a huge favor and move somewhere else.
