Horrible From: shosky Date posted: 7/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   After AMLI sold this property, the new management has driven this place into the ground. They are rude and unhelpful. My lease is up soon and they have raised their rates by well over $100 since I moved in a year ago with no exlpanation. They have spent large amounts of money on useless, unattractive signs. They replaced every apartment sign in the complex with an identical sign with their insgnia on it (there was no AMLI markings on the previopus signs). Pointless. They also just put up a HUGE marble sign right as you drive in that says "LEASING OFFICE" and has an arrow on it. It points to the leasing office that is literally 10 feet away. Pointless AND ugly. The trash overflows the single trash compactor on site and creates a disgusting, smelly mess weekly. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. Most have. Just drive around the complex and notice how many empty units there are. Its starting to turn into a ghost town. There will soon be one less tenant as soon as my lease is up.
