Nice and quiet, has some quirks...

I find this place to be very nice and quiet, I haven't had any noise problems, bug problems, or problems with other tenants (except a couple parking issues). The management is very nice and helpful, maintenance could be better. Overall a great value in a quiet neighborhood, away from the city.
