Wow - that is amazing. I have lived in these apartments for a few years. Never had any issues. The homicide - never happened. A guy died about 5 years ago - heart attack. There was a couple of punks who did shoot a gun, but no one was hit or killed. They have since moved - about 1 year now. Never had my car broken in to, always had GREAT response from maintenance. Thing is if you are not happy - please move.

Everybody's experience at these apt complex will be and has been different! If you have not experienced any thing bad then count it all joy. But for some we have had problems and will move. But in fairness people are intitled to let others no of their experiences while living on the property in hopes that others won't have to suffer as they did.
