From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Parking is adequate depending on the location of your specific apartment. I had no problems with parking being located on the east side of the complex. Maintenance is fairly good. Most of the time, my claims get fixed within 24 hours. However, at the same time, I have a broken closet door that has been broken since I moved in and it has yet to be repaired. In the even of a real emergency (such as 3 wasps nests on your front porch) maintenance was prompt as long as you stayed on top of it. The office staff tries to help you as best they can. There are situations where they cannot be of any help (sitiations concerning roomates and such), but otherwise they are good at listening and trying to help. I wouldn't reccommend this apartment complex to a friend simply because I was unhappy here. I never felt very comfortable here.
