Oak Hills Apartments is a wonderful place to come home too. It's close to all area shopping malls and grocery stores. It's bedrooms are very spacious. And it's under new management. The manager's name is Yolanda Jacobs who is people oriented and understands our needs. The leasing agent ia a very nice lady who also is great. My recommendation is for you to go in and meet the staff.It has under gone some major renovations, with a playground for the kido's and a fitness center for the adults. They have really come a long way to meet our needs. And the crime is no longer there. They have a courtesy officer who is also with the Irving Police Department and they also have 2 Irving police officers on duty on Sat. Sun.It is a great place to call home.

I went to these apartments and loved them immediately. The assistant manager made me feel very comfortable and was a joy to talk with. I viewed alot of Irving apartments on both ends of Belt Line and the staff here passed the first impression test. After talking to the staff, I learned that the manager and assistant manager both live on property. The apartments are very spacious and well kept. They have solar screens that can help to reduce on your HIGH utility bills. The playground area is really nice for the kids. I also went to these apartments late on a saturday night to check it out and I was very pleased with what I saw which was NOTHING. This website is good to reference to BUT ALWAYS investigate for yourself.
