Racist Manager and poorly Managed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I found the manager (Yolanda) a racist and rude. I made an application and she wouldn't give me an apartment cause my wife did not have SSN. In a few days a staff called to offer a different apartment, the apartment I had selected and which was excellent to my needs was let to somebody else. Later on I found out they rent apartments in such cases all the time.
