I lived at the "property" if you can call it such for less than a year; I moved out even before my lease was over. I just couldn't take any more of that Yolanda person they call manager! She was always very rude, she thinks she owns the piece of **** "property". Everything there is broken all the time, just nothing ever gets done around there. For your own good, don't move it. The only good thing out of the whole deal is the very nice and profesional lady by the name of Dee.

Lady you and Dee need to get a life and learn how to spell! I think both of you got together to make the manager look bad.Dee is a gossip and advertiser of all the personal problems that everyone has come to confide in her. Dee makes herself the victim poor her!!!! If the apartments are all broken down it's due to the supervisor. All she worries about is how much money did you collect. Plus don't spend any money.I know they are putting in new appliances and new carpets,but just hold on the Rents are going to hit a record high.All the upgrades are for the section-8 people.
