We moved here from Fort Worth because of a job. The foundation cracks are horrible. We were told that all of Irving shifts a little so expect cracks. They actually had a repair guy come by and assess the damage. They were talking about tearing down my living room wall to replace the sheetrock!!! It is expensive for what you get. We moved from a house and did not know all of the noise that comes with apts. The neighbors that just moved in are always cooking and it permeats through to my kitchen. It smells bad, like fried fish or something. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor coughing while I was laying in bed. Also being by the street sucks. People drive horrible and there is a HUGE pothole in the driveway and if you hit it going more than 10 mph it makes a loud noise.
