There are lots of places to live, but I'm happy to be here at Terra Balla. First of all, the apartments are very nice, and the people that live in this community are very friendly. I actually feel like I live in a community! It's nice to hear the kids play, and it seems like everyone knows everyone, but doesn't get in your business. I like running into people here, because everyone's so friendly and warm. The staff is exceptional, as well! Stephanie and Roy are great community managers. They always go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of, the property is kept up, and maintained, and are always available to chat like friends. I feel very fortunate that these two people are here for us, no matter what. I can honestly say that I feel so at home here, and I plan to stay for many years.
