These apartments are pretty good i've lived here for about a year. But when we first moved in there were like hundreds of ants! But they were gone soon. But now we are having a roach problem. Also some air conditionsers are newer then others THIS IS A WARNING. unfortuantly we got an old one and we've asked like 10 times for the matience to fix it and they came FINNALLY but when they were done guess wat it still wasn't fixed! So if you want anyting fixed you better move into different apartment. But it is located near Sam Houston Middle School so your kids can walk to school or ride the bus to A.S Johnston. There's a bus to Mac Arthur High School or if you don't absolutley love that school there's another bus that comes from right in front of the apartments from Irvng Academy High School so there's two choices in high schools. There are also kids for your kids to play with and they play all kinds of things so thats good. There are two pools ones small and the other ones bigger. There also a soccor field with soccor nets. They have apartments with three rooms and they have Town Homes (condo) with two rooms and three bathrooms and stairs. I live in a Town Home and love it it really feels like a real home and the rooms are really big and spacious. All in all this is a pretty good place. :D
