A decent place to live. Good location and service.

I have lived here about 6 months. They have excellent landscaping. The location is between the tollway and the pricy golfcourse and rich housing community next door.
The noise is not bad, unless you are near the swimming pools or facing the freeway, noise is to be expected there. Only a few apartments face the tollway.
Facilities are well-maintained, and grounds are kept clean. It is a gated community, and the gates are well maintained. Not too many kids live here.
The office people are nice and friendly. Not too flexible in their policies, especially the 60-days notice before cancelling lease, but they are friendly besides that.
A recommendation if you want to have peace and quiet in Las Colinas. The price is competitive enough, yet not low enough to attract the unwanted.
Rent 1 bed, 1 bath $710, deposit $100.
