I had a water leak which was not their fault really, however instead of drying out the ceiling they just patched it up which caused black mold. They wouldn't admit it, but transferred me to another apartment without paying for the move. Oh, and the leasing agents will park in your assigned spot and think nothing of it. Paper thin walls. I hear my neighbors alarm in the morning. Cheap interior construction.
