I lived here for 2 years. Had a one bedroom by the pool in phase one. I really enjoyed my apartment. The covered parking is fantastic, as it is close to my apartment. VERY SAFE place, I never locked my car. My apartment had plenty of windos, and 9' celings. There is a T1 internet connecton available as well. Management is good, even after the change of ownership from Post to Oaks. Grounds are clean, as well as the mail room and the pools. Great locaton as well, very easy to get on 114, or 161, or even LBJ.
Only one complaint is my electric bill was high. Had a $115.00 bill a few times in the winter, and I keep the heat at 67 (checked it with two thermeters). Water bills were always very cheep, around $4.00.
All in all, a great place to live, and I feel that I got a bargin for the money I spent every month.
