I have lived here for about a year and a half and i must agree i am quite happy with the complex. Haven't had any major problems and I must say all my maintenance problems have been resolved within 24 hours. I also love the abundance of parking available for my family when they visit something alot of the new apts these days lack. I live alone and i agree that safety is what really makes me stay here, other than the slow gates that take a long time to open.
