I have lived at Oaks for a little over a year now and love it. The management and staff are really friendly and professional. My aparment is so cute and has an awesome view of the peaceful canal. The grounds are always kept up and the pools are nice. The fitness center has just been updated with two new treadmills, which is great. The only thing that bugs me is the slow gates... but I would rather have slow gates than gates that will allow people to follow me in- great security, just a little annoying.
