I have been here 3 mos and everything seems to be great so far. It is quiet, close to major shopping, parking is plenty and close to my apartment. The gates are a nice preventive for "tail gaters" trying to get in but it doesnt stop them. Gates are out of order (stuck open) at least 1 a week. Like I said so far so good.
