These apartments are pretty nice, although for what you get they are pretty expensive.
I have 2 dogs and it is annoying to me that NO ONE picks up the dog poop... to the point that when I take my dogs out I have to watch where I am stepping and there is no longer any point in picking it up.
There are cats EVERYWHERE. It states in the lease that cats must be kept inside the apartments at all times. That is a huge joke. You can walk outside at any time during the day and see multiple cats sitting on top of cars.
There is one woman who is absolutely amazing at the rental office, but if you can't talk to her everyone else is an idiot. If you need to speak to someone ask for Tyra.
I have only been out of college for about a year now, so I'm pretty open to people of all ages living around me, however, they will apparently let ANYONE move into these apartments. I have had numerous problems with the guy that lives above me to the point that I went up there the other night b/c he and his friends were body slamming eachother into the floor at 3 am. Well I knocked on the door and got attacked by some guy who, according to the guy that lives there, was drunk and on drugs ( I am female ). I ran down an called tha cops and the residents friends were arrested. The rental office did NOTHING!!!!!! The next night he was back to making tons of noise again around the same time. Management now wants us to move into a more expensive apartment b/c they do nothing but leave "violations".
All of our windows leak. We have called maintenace about the condensation and they said they needed to call a "window guy". The window guy never came and out electric bill is about $200 for 673 sq feet.
The apartments themselves are pretty nice though. There is lots of light and we got new carpet. The pools are usually kept clean.
Overall, if they do not do something about all of this I will be moving out b/c they are not upholding their end of the lease.

It is a shame about the neighbor and I agree some of the residents are not likeable. It does not help that the gates are always broken and any one can come in and out. My electric bill for the same sq feet was $220 last month my neighbors was $228

I have renewed my lease once will not do it again. My electric bill is too high also. The gates are always open anyone could come in. When I moved in the rent included the monitored alarm. I found out by accident three months ago the alarm was no longer monitored I was going to bed thinking I was safe. They finally sent out a notice about it this past month. I have asked for repairs and have to often defend why I think they should cover it and not pay out of pocket.

Maybe if they would FIX the air conditioners so they dont' have to work all the time, the electric bill would go down. They are lucky to have Tyra. The other two women who lease will not be responsible for their own actions and are likely to tell you the wrong thing. In their own favor of course.
