Now they are making us switch cable and internet providers to Ygnition. Which is about $40 more a month. We used to have At&T which was a great plan at a great price but now in order to keep our cable and internet service we have to go through this new company...which I have never even heard off for a ridiculous rate. Oaks at Hackberry Creek said they signed a new contract with them which I guess got them a lot more money. Otherwise why would they scr*w over all their tenets. They obviously don't care about their tenets.

EVERYBODY raises their rent after your lease is up.....

If you knew how to calulate your rent then you would know that the rent is just a 3-4%. I have lived here since 2004 and my rent has never been increased at a 6-7%. As mentioned above all apartments increase your rent. That is nothing new. This is the only complex that I know that does not put an automatic 50 increase. Oaks will at leat negotiate with you it is not written in stone. If your that unhappy with apartments then buy a house!

Not every complex raises rent every year. Plus have seen rats in the bushes and that is disgusting

You obviously do not watch alot oF tv!! ATT SUCKED!! Their customer service was the worst and when I bought my new HD TV they did not have HD. They did not even have DVR. The new company not only has DVR and HD they are alot cheaper!! I am saving like $40 a month. They are now my phone and internet provider and their customer service is awesome. ATT did not even send a letter to us saying they were not going to be our provider and they took our money when it was time to pay the bill for Sept. even though the cable was going to switch on the 10th. The only problem I had with the switch is that the Office did not send out a letter to let us know they made the switch. I have talked to alot of my neighbors and they never liked ATT. Ya I have never heard of this new company but they are already blowing ATT out of the park!! I talked to the ofice and they said it is really like an upgrade since att did not offer HD or DVR to the residents and Ygnition did. I love my new cable no regrets!!!!!

I absolutely HATE Ygnition. Not only did the price on OUR bill go up (and we did not even get a land-line like we had with AT&T), but we have had problem after problem after problem. They have come out atleast 4 times in the first month to fix something. Then our remote messed up and they switched it out with another remote that did not work. And everytime they come out, we have to take the day off of work to be here because they wont tell you what time they are coming. Right now the info screen pops up constantly for no reason, but we can not afford to take any more days off of work to be here for them to fix. Total ripe off. And why do we keep getting error messages all the time.. and losing picture even when its not bad weather ..?!?! And if you call their technical support, you will always get a message that they are at an apartment complex fixing an outage. I feel like we were forced to switch to this horrible company for the apartments benefit.
