I loved the place when I first moved in. But it was sort of giving me the creeps by the time I moved out. Management was VERY nice 99% of the time. But if I had it to do over again, I would spend very little time cleaning the apartment when I moved out. They kept most of my deposit for a few lame excuses they pulled out of their hat. Also, they would start pushing me to renew my lease 3 or 4 months in advance. They required a 90 day move out notice. Don't trust them even if they seem nice. Get EVERYTHING in writing because from my experience, you will need written proof of ANY agreement or "understanding" you have with them. Thats good advice for any apartment, but its especially good for this one. For some reason, my electric bill was pushing $200/month for my little one bedroom apartment. I'm only paying $85-$90/month where I live now. Maybe it was because my AC was messed up. It only worked about half the time. The rest of the time it would just blow out warm air. The maint folks were VERY nice and quick to respond. But they never could fix the AC. The community was very well kept when I first moved in, but was in need of some work by the time I moved out. I just really wonder about some of the people in that community. I saw a lot of strange behavior. Somebody ran their car through the front office, one guy always parked so close to my passenger door that his wife could barely get of their car, people obsessed with their car alarms, beeping them and honking their horns at all hours, and I swear the guy on the other side of my bathroom must have lived in his bathroom 24/7 because he was always in there stomping around at ALL hours of the day. The noise there was getting on my nerves. Loud music and activity in the parking lot at all hours of the night. People slamming their doors, shaking the entire building. It was an interesting experience. It was like living in some other country or something. It is so congested and people from all over the world living in that general area. It was enjoyable for a while but, I was ready to get moved out of there to somewhere a little more laid back...

Hey, I gotta say, MY ELECTRIC BILL was ALSO running $200. And it was HOT, the a/c wasn't working right. and he's right, GET IT IN WRITING. TAKE A TAPE RECORDER DOWN THERE. There's only one good person on the whole leasing staff, and she's only part-time.

Omg.. yes our heater would turn on ... and we would leave for a few hours, and when we got home, we would realize that the heater NEVER turned off. Our apt was like a sauna.. and we had the t-stat low. It took the maintance 4 trips before they finally fixed it.. and our billed was about $200 that month compared to our average $80-$100. Not only that but they dont tell you when they are coming.. they just come whenever they want.
