The manager Allison and her assistant are very nice people. tyra is also a very nice lady. Bless her heart. The other two ladies have a really horrible attitude and they act as if they own the place. i wish management can look at their attitude and take action on them

I think everyone favors this elderly lady. She is very very rude. I needed to get the gate one day and she looked at me like I was crazy because I did not have my remote. When I went back in to let her know the gate did not open her response was: Well it should of. Are you pulled up to the gate? I told her yes. I did not like her attitude and I did not appreciat her trying to make me feel like I am stupid! I have been here for overd a year and I think I know how to work the gate by know. From what I am reading the other two ladies are getting a very bad rap. They have been nothing but nice, since I have lived here. If anyone acts like they own the place it that old lady. Bridget is very nice and helpful. Shaundra is nice,she is just not that personable. She seems like she is there to do her job and help you,but she is not really going to have much conversation for you. I've seen her talk to people and she is very straight forward. It seems to me that people cannot take that,so they say she is mean. Bridget seems to me to young,but she knows what she is talking about. I would be the first one to say if someone is mean, and this company should be glad that they have them. Me being a guy, I have to say you people should take a harder look at this tyra lady and see her for what she really is. Trust me I have spoken with some of the other residents and tyra is not as nice as what these people have made her to be. I have experianced her rudness first hand. Im very forward to that's why I can appreciate Shaundra. Word of advise:Maybe it is time for this tyra lady to RETIRE

I am an Oaks resident adn I have experienced the same rudeness that both these reviews are talking about. This along with other management issues that I have posted on this website are reasons why I rate this place next to 0. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I AM THE INDIVIDUAL THAT POSTED MONEY STOLEN FROM MY APT BY A MAINTENENCE PERSON!!!
