I have a few complaints about this complex, but one sticks out in my head particularly. Management signed an exclusive contract with a company called Ygnition to provide all cable, phone, and internet services to the entire complex.

I can only assume that they received a significant pay-out to make this deal, because Ygnition is flat out terrible. Before moving here, we had Time Warner, which has never been rated too highly itself, but Ygnition is on a whole new level with its offerings.

We are paying $40 more per month to receive less service. We had to let go of the premium channels, on-demand programming, and many HD stations.

On top of all that, several key channels on Ygnition never really come in well at all, even on clear days.

Their customer support is non-existant. Why should they care' They know that their crappy service is forced upon us by an apartment management group that cares more about getting a few extra incentive dollars than the quality of life for their tenants.

Based on this and several other factors, I would not recommend moving here.

I agree. The switch to Ygnition cable is part of the reason I moved out.

I actually moved in not too long ago and i would say that this is not TRUE! The only really time that you would have to get Ygnition is only when ATT does not have their fiberoptic cable run through the location you are in. Other than that you would have to get Ygnition because no other provider services this area since they do not have their cable running through this location aside fron satellite provides. I love it here and would Strongly recommended!
