I have lived here for awhile, I have seen ups and downs. I have continued to live here because the office staff is very nice and maintenance is quick. The office has notified us of break ins and has even suggested crime watch. I have lived here for almost four years and this is the first I have been notified of any break ins, bad timing with the economy I guess, none in a long time! Knock on wood... Give it a try I love it here clean grounds old but work great appliances bit my neighbor has a remodeled apartment and it's nice! Five stars from me.

seems rather suspicious this review and very likely the work of management here to try to improve the image of this place. Seems exactly like the type of thing management here would do. Malicious people, they don't know how to treat tenants!!! I highly recommend that if you are thinking about moving here, THINK TWICE!! Move to any of the neighboring apt complexes. Much better deal and nicer staff.

I would say I agree with the first writer, my aparment is a remodeled unit in Phase 2 and i do pay a little extra for all of this upgrades but this is something I choose to have. Anywhere you go rent; you will either like it or dislike it or at times you might like some but not all. If you like newer places and you want a lot more than here - the i would suggest for you to go somewhere up in farmers branch were I came from but you will find more rude people there than here. I think the staff here is GREAT!! Would strongly recommend this locaion to anyone.
