The place is old. No upgrades visible. We moved out several months ago and will not return. Crime was an issue in phase 2. Gang member routinely walking through the badly lit parking lots. Since we lived there, 7 cars were broken into, one bike stolen and one attempted knife attack. Many times, especialy during the summer, I would catch gang members peering into windows of apartments as they walked through. Water bills at this place were 50$ The average for valley ranch for a one bedroom is around $8.50. You could here people talking at normal volume levels. I felt bad banging on the walls because .......It's not like they were yelling or anything, just talking. I know apartments in general are bad. But .....come on, this is valley ranch.
