I am just happy to be where I am. In fact I have made it a point to stay here UNTIL I get a house. If you dont like birds pooping on your cars go somewhere were your car could sit in a sea of concrete to become over heated and wear on your tires. Stop being lazy and get your car washed. Robbed' They offer alarms and I, for one, have NEVER, knock on wood, had to deal with that and believe that paying a bit more for an alarm system is well worth it. I have lived her 3 years for a reason. Rent going up' Not me. I dont believe I am special either. In fact I have recently talked to one of the wonderful staff members, whom I might add is always kind, and I am going in today to sign ANOTHER lease for an amazing price that I just cant beat. They acutely cam DOWN on the price because it was an apartment we wanted so badly. Sure there are ALWAYS going to be some things that just arent up to par. And the fact that they allow pets is just wonderful. Pet issues are not the fault of the apartment people but that of the owners who dont pick up after their dogs. Yes, the hoodlums sneaking around peeve me and having to CALL someone to kick them out of the pool is a bit of a hassle but you know, anywhere else you go that looks this lush with greenery is going to be a pain in the pocketbook. I dont car for the creaky floorboards but really, by husbands snoring can be worse. Any problem I have EVER had was taken care of. I can only think of one incident that really upset me in my three year here. My husband and I love it here. We feel that this is the closest thing to having a house we can get for our budget. I am happy here, and considering how picky I am I think anyone would happy here too. Great job Oaks. Thank you for home.

Let me guess..... you work in the office, right? Who else uses words like "lush", or "up to par"? Before you submit a comment, you should proof read it before you do or hit spell check for not only spelling, but punctuation.
