Jeeze... after reading the negative reviews my first thought was "Just Move!" I've been living at the Oaks for 1.5 years. I'm probably going to be here until I purchase my own home. I haven't had any of the problems that some of you complain about. Management have been nice, my maintenance requests get taken care of quickly, I get along great with my neighbors, and the grounds are safe and well kept.

I can't think of a single negative incident I've had since moving here. Everyone has a choice about where they live. If you don't like living here, "Just Move!" I've seen complexes much worst and know people who have worst problems with management than what is listed on this site.

Overall, the Oaks are a great place to live, and located in a very convenient and friendly neighborhood. I totally recommend it.

Prepare for your water to be turned off often here to due to "shifting soils". I have plenty of flyers proving this.

The water is not turned off due to "shifting soil". The water is shut off for remodeling. So before you comment get your facts straight.
