This was a bit hard to read but I think I understand the just of it. BY LAW the apartment MUST leave a notice before AND after they enter your apartment. If this happens you are, by law, in total rights to terminate your lease. Have you ever called in a maintenance problem and been asked, "Do we have permission to enter your apartment if you are not there?" This law is why they ask. If you are paying rent in an apartment, the unit and everything inside of it, is your property during the duration of your lease. It is breaking and entering if no one gives permission and no one tells you they have been there. Here is a link to your rights. Google is a blessing. Good luck.
