No Good From: IcemanXX7 Date posted: 4/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   They had one great person in the front office. She left. We have had misrepresentations all over the place. When we moved in we were told 1 week for the subflooring to be corrected, 1 week for a new patio, and 1 month for a new gym. We have been there 6 months of our lease and they did give us a new fence/patio after about 1.5 months. The subflooring issues make it tough to sleep or watch TV when the people upstairs do anything. Management has been very unresponsive. Parking is pretty good, but the trees and birds leave stuff on your car alot. Noise isn't bad other than the issue discussed above.
