Oaks of Valley Ranch

Mediocre Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   If I was in the business of renting properties, I would like my competitors to have Management like the one at The Oaks at Valley Ranch. They have been trying to get up a gym for almost 3 years now. With a change in Management, and the equipment installed, they still can't open the gym because of a stupid phone line problem. First, it was the equipment, then it was making the pool and now it is the phone line within the gym!!! If you want a new definition of customer service - come to The Oaks, "The property where tenant comes last!" Don't humiliate yourself by coming here! Pay a little less, live with pride, get the value for your money. Not to mention I saw a guy holding his gun in his hand and driving off in a rage! I make sure I never park in his spot! Hope this review helps!! I am planning to get out as soon as my lease ends!
