I liked it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am moving out in a week only because I got a job in another part of town. Otherwise, I would have loved to stay here for another year. It was such a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood, and I have only had minimal issues. I moved into my apartment right after it was remodeled, so I have really enjoyed the wooden floors and brand new appliances. Everything has worked pretty well. My one-bedroom is perfect for me and my dog. I just really liked how quiet it is here. The only issue I had was a leaking ceiling in my bathroom that got fixed pretty soon. Also, the trash valet service is nice... I just wish we could leave our trash cans out at all times because it brought some bugs inside my apartment. I haven't had any issues with people walking upstairs... maybe I just got lucky with the resident. Overall, I thought I got a lot out of the money I spent. I have lived in a remodeled 1 bedroom for only $645 a month, which is pretty nice. Granted, it was only 575 square feet. Anyway, I recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice residential neighborhood with big trees and quiet neighbors.
