I liked the apartment and decided to lease the same. But the staff and managemnet is pathetic, their polcies and rent changes on the flick of eyes. I was needed to pay atleset $150 extra because of the plocies they have and they forgot to tell me about that. I was told that we are sorry abt not letting you know about our policies.

I had to pay the amount as I moved from outside Dallas, had scheduled movers and travel for the specifc dates. I would say they are "Fair" people to deal with.
