I've been here for just at a year now, and I have to say I'm pretty happy. I live in an upstairs unit, so I don't run into the 'squeaking' issues that those on the first floor do. When needed, the maintenance team usually has a pretty good response time and do good work. The grounds are always well kept and maintained, and I have yet to have an issue with any of the office staff. And the new fitness center is awesome, just as nice as some of the gyms I used to pay to go to. I feel that I get more than my money's worth for what I pay. I looked at every other complex in Valley Ranch (all 20 of them), and a few in Las Colinas before deciding on The Oaks. All in all, this complex offers the best value for the $$$. Two thumbs up to The Oaks :) Oh, and since I see so many others on this site being accused of being paid by the office staff to write a review like this, let me just clarify - I took the initiative to write this without any inticement or encouragement from anyone else!
