Before moving in, check with the Irving Police Department. There have been issues in the last two months of windows (cars and apartments) being shot out with BB guns. The police are aware of the situation and have stated that the troubles are stemming from the Section 8 (government subsidized) apartments up the street and behind us. In the past two weeks alone, three cars have had their windows shot out, and one unit had its bedroom window shot out while the tenant was home. Management is denying that there is a problem.
