I recently moved here without properly researching. The noise levels from the neigbours are unbearable. We live on the 1st floor and I can hear even if the neighbour above walks or talks on the phone etc.
The Maintainence guys are pretty good and when I asked them about the noise, they said thats the biggest problem and thats how these apartments are built.
I have lived in 6 different apartments in the last 10 years and never wrote a review...but this one is really bad.
The apartment office folks dont care for you once you sign the lease...rude and horrible.
