The new online portal to pay your rent now charges additional fee's of anywhere from $6 to $18...! This is dependent on the kind of credit/debit card you use..The old portal didn't charge anything.
Talk about a downgrade...NOW I have to go to the front office with a paper CHECK to make my payments if I want to avoid an additional $18.
Come on!!

Seriously?!? Thanks for getting the word out, as I HAD planned on using this system to pay my rent. Times are hard enough on the average person without having to pay unjustified fees on top of my biggest monthly bill, solely for conveniences' sake....thanks, but NO thanks!! Are you reading this, Lincoln..??

When I tried (I was even on the phone with a front office person) I asked her why the rent amount looked higher. That was when she revealed that there are 'convenience fees' involved with the new portal...Do you add your utilities to your rent when you pay?
