bad to the bone From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   do not rent ... trust me .... janine is rude and hates black people she is undercover racist and treats you like sht. never smiles dress like she just woke up .. when i moved in, There were bleach stains on the carpet in master bed room when i moved out she charged me for the same stain that was there when i moved in now 5 months after i moved out they said they would remove the charge i received a bill again with the same $40 charge... also the cabinets in the kitchen and bath are poor they will charge you $10 per drawer that "not broke " but off the track... poor ... dont look for maintenace they are are poor excuse for work men ..check their credentials ... look for a electric bill when you move out they take yopur deposit and say its for that bill ... i dont believe it ...
