We have been living here for 10 months and i can honestly tell you, DONT DO IT!!!! first i will start with the outside community.*Gunshots outside my front window were heard and no cops were called, not even a rent a cop.* Fireworks were placed on the property, on the buildings and also the surrounding vehicles.* A month later people were placing fireworks on top of cars lighting them up and I'm not talking about small fireworks I'm talking about the ones that shoot up in the air. I saw that threw my window and that was in the visitors parking * Also a few weeks later in the visitors parking there was a loud banging I mean loud, i didn't really know what was going on but it sounded like someone was fighting and yelling in the morning. there was a car that was vandalized from inside out broken glass front and back side to side, slashed tires, broken head lights, moved from its parking place that car was Damaged that we called the office to let them know that there was a car out there that was really damaged and the gave us the run around saying "Yes were going to tow it" but it took 2wks for that car to be taken out * a month later there were some people actually fist fighting outside our building *and last but not least this happen a month ago, a car was in flames and it eventually blew up. It also caused damage to two other vehicles not including the damage to both the parking lot and also the grass surrounding the parking area. the impact was so big that is almost caused severe damage to the closest buildings. I was lucky that night because I slept with window open and was able to hear what was going on.i was really scared because i did not know what to expect anymore.... as far as the inside, every comment regarding the bleach stains on the carpet and the used carpets they used is true. I suggest to clean everything before you move. as far as roaches, i did not have any, it depends on how you maintain your apt. with regards to the maintenance people, make sure that if your going to be there that day make sure that you have the door completely Locked because they only knock once or twice and Will open the door right away so you better be well dressed..... i do thank you guys for the heads up on moving out procedures. And one more thing, the playground that they mention on their brochure, I cant tell if it was made in the 1800's or they ran out of money and never completed it!!!!!!

Okay pull up a chair and read this very carefully! Where do i begin? We moved here in the latter part of october. The model apt they show you is decent. I went to the office to pick up my key and surprise surprise my apt was filthy! Unclean carpet,stove,bathrooms and dining! Richard claimed that the cleaning crew had cleaned the wrong apt first. They cleaned another one instead of mine. But the worst is the leaks and huge waterbugs/roaches and I'm a very clean person! The window screens don't keep out bugs and ants were real bad in my bedroom window at one point. But we have been here 7 months and I have reported 5 leaks in my ceiling. They say the roof is going to be replaced but when? And yes they will move you in on dirty carpet they just shampoo it and stains are still visible. It is also a very dusty place.It also smell old.You can't pour grease down your sink! Neighbors are nasty! They threw an old mattress out on the ground like that was the trash can! Too many trees and playground is abraham lincoln old! Not kidding! I dust twice a day sometimes.Will not renew a lease here. Please don't throw away your money by coming here. You deserve better!I no i do!!

YOU GUY ARE SO RIGHT, MGR IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, AS FAR AS I KNOW THIS IS A 10 YRS TENANT SPEAKING, SINCE CHARLOTTE'S BEEN HERE NOBODY HAS RECEIVED THEIR DEPOSIT BACK. I HELPED SOMEONE CLEAN THEIR APT FOR MOVE OUT INSPECTION, IT WAS SPOTLESS, THEY DIDN'T GET THEIR DEPOSIT BACK.
