New Management is Absolutely HORRIBLE.

They put up signs on your door about once a week to make sure you know the rules, and the fines associated with breaking the rules. Don't try and ask for a repair though, that will be handled when they see fit to handle it. Plus the water went up 100% when the Lynd Group took over. Not to mention the floors are as thin as paper and if your upstairs neighbor breathes you can hear him. Stay out of this horrible complex if you can. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

It took 5 months for me to receive back a copy of my Lease Agreement. Because of that, my Renters Insurance Company cancelled by premium due to a "non-confidence" issue with the Management Company. I have lived here for over 8 years and prior to the Lynde Group taking over, I have never experienced such horrible and uncaring customer service in any apartment complex anywhere else that I have lived. Notices placed on the doors look like they've been written by some one from a third world country with spelling and gramatical errors. Inquiries to the office go unanswered. They built covered parking areas and then had the nerve to charge for parking in those areas. The swimming pool in my area of the building has been out of commisssion for the past 3 months ... right in the middle of the hot weather spell. What the hell kind of sense does that make? Since the Lynde Group took over, I have seen vandalism of vehicles (mine included) and even grafitti appearing. This is a "nice" area of Irving. We don't need this kind of crap going on here!
