Bad place to stay. check out the reasons

New management is completely horrible. For the low end apartments, they seem to impose impossible rules and outrageous fines.

Any request for maintainence in apt will take 2-3 days for them to respond. however they build car shades within a few days so that they can milk money.

The apartment complex is not safe anymore. There had been several car theft attempts and this "gated community" had not had locked gates for more than 2 years now.

Dont take my word for how worse this apartment complex is. Just walk over the apartment grass and you will find dog excretia everywhere. Garbage is not collected regularly and most often you will see overflowing dumps. Also check out the joke they call "gym". Everything there is broke. Check out the "gated community"'s gates and you will find them unlocked, ALWAYS.

The apartment themselves have very bad design. Have you ever heard of water heater in a closet in your living rooms' This apartment has it. So any leak will result in spoiling the carpet or worse, flooding.

Very rude management. The old management was very incompetent but at least they were nice to deal with. Current management is a nightmare.

When I rated the apartment I wanted to be truthful and still I ended up 1 for all.

Irving is a nice place with plenty of nice apartments. My advice to you is, go find a better place worth your money.
