Parkridge Place Apartments

DO NOT move into these apartments From: txrngrfanjimb@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Management is terrible. Make sure every communication you have with them is in writing. I am so glad to move out of here. The walls are thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do and say. The outside are messy. Always trash on the ground. First month I was there I watched a drug deal go down in front of my apartment at 6 in the morning. My airconditioner went out and it took 5 phone calls and a letter to get them to fix it properly. The neighbors water heater broke and flooded my apartment. They did not even offer to put me up for a couple of nights in a hotel. Bottom line management has problems.
