I have been a resident for 1 year and this has been the worst experience ever. The management and maintenance are highly neglectful. everything is old and raggedy for the amount of money we pay and having someone come fix things that break daily is a joke.there are mysterious odors that maintenance refuses to address. since the often broken old aircondition units run continuously, electricity bill in a one bedroom is 150.00 per month and maintenance insults your intelligence by telling you it's working just fine since the air is blowing cool. safety here has never been heard of. Luckily I do not want to renew my lease, otherwise I would have to pay a rediculous 20% increase. parking was already bad until covered parking was built a few months ago to force you to pay more money for such slummy conditions. The only good thing is that it is pet friendly. It's already crappy so no one cares if pets crap everywhere and tear up the units inside.
