PARK GHETTO PLACE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I lived here from April 05-November 05. I had to call the Irving police at lease once a week for unruly neighbors. (this is documented with the leasing office as well as the police dept) REASONS NOT TO RENT HERE: 1. NOISE: poorly insulated; you can hear your neighbors every move (you can actually understand the exact words your neighbors are saying when they talk, not to mention everytime they sneezed, coughed or laughed!). 2. LOITERING/EXTRA FOOT TRAFFIC: A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot at night (EX. the tenants have loud parties and sit in the parking lot drinking and talking untill 3 a.m) I truely beleive this complex accepts Section 8/welfare
