You got that right. But you forgot to mention that when they finally do come to fix something, they either use some lousy excuse that they can't fix the problem, or they fix it WRONG. They even show up with wrong information on the repair orders, so there is incompetence at every level.
The stupidist thing is to send someone out who speaks no english whatsoever. Then they ask YOU if YOU speak spanish. What the heck??? This is America.
Oh, and what's with the cops having to come out here all the time? Patrolling the parking lots still doesn't keep your car from getting broken into. Parkrot Place still doesn't have the main gate fixed so the criminals get locked out at night. Why don't they trash the 30-year old gates and get nice new SLIDING gates like other apartments have? They sure as hell collect enough rent to pay for it...You pay top dollar here for low-income quality.
Don't move in here. Move on down the road where you can get a nice apartment for the same price or barely a little more. An extra $30-$40 a month is worth not going through the hell of living here.

Though the rent is a bit lower than surrounding, its a place not worth living. The guys(some) in the office are Thieves. I have more than a few instances of my packages getting lost . They just say its not there, though they signed for it in the UPS/Fedex transit summary. The comments above should tell all about the maintenance issues as it is.
