THE PROPERTY HAD AND HAS A BAD AND POOR MANAGEMENT.LISAMARIE KICKED BUTT IN THE YEARS SHE MANAGED IT. SHE WAS ALWAYS HITTING THE 3'S!!!IT'S NOT HER FAULT, IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT CHANGES!!! STOP HATING!! LISAMARIE IS NO LONGER THERE BUT ONLY IN A BETTER PLACE...THE PROPERTY IS A QUITE AND CUTE LOCATION. BUT LISAMARIE WILL SOON TAKES ALL HER RESIDENTS AS SHE DID TO HER STAFF. GOOD HER LISAMARIE.LIKE I SAID STOP HATING BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER LIVE THERE. YOU JUST WANT TO TRASH THE NAME...

The new management sucks too, I think they are trying to drive everyone out so they can demolish the place. The only good manager this place has ever had was the manager who was here when I moved in,her name is Julie and she actually spoke english,and didnt harrass us. Imagine that. Obviously coacharsenal is related to Lisamarie.
