I have been living here for a while and there are many things to list, at the begining it was not diferent but I stayed because the staff was very kind (Tamara) but now this manager is a very overbearing women, not only with the residents but with new people. Maintenance takes like forever to take care of things. I true what is said about unsupervised kids although this is not the apartments prob but the parents of this kids. It is been annoying for me to park my car far from my apartment.

This area of Irving is just that way. Low quality apartment managments running substandard complexes and not bothering to put the money into them to bring them to a better standard. They just want to fill apartments and turn over just does not matter. Most of those that stay have no choice or just do not care about living in a nice or safe place. After almost 4 years here, I am finaly to the point I can move to a safe place that is maintaned to a higher standard. No place is perfect, but we have to make the effort to better ourselves and get out of the low qualityarea of town. Nothing about this area will change any time soon, until they clean out the bad tenants and do the repairs needed. That is not going to happen.
