I would certainly recommend these apartments. 1) The Staff is very friendly (see Denise - Awesome Mgr.) and very quickly responds to any maintenance calls. 2) The Rent is very reasonably priced 3) The parking spaces are too close to each other but that's not a big deal, you just have to extra careful when parking. 4) The Irving Bazaar (shopping) is just across the street. (easy walking distance) 5) The Apartments look very nice inside too. 6) Lots of friendly people. I highly recommend the Pioneer House Apartments. - Ruben
