Horrible, horrible, horrible cant say it enough!!!

First a lazy maintainence man that finishes nothing. Leaves a mess for you you to clean up. hides in the maintainence closet all day. and will just walk into your apartment withought knocking. If you are not there he will help himself to the refriderator. Air is nonexistent. They call it a chiller system but it is so old and clogged it will not cool.The manager will try to add others electricty to your bill to save losses since they pay one large bill.

i love the apartments they are great,the maintainece man lenny is generous and nice. & besides the manager terry vanpelt is a total sweetheart, thats my grandmother and i dont care what anybody else says about the apartments because they are just great
