Rancho Mirage Apartments

NOT RECOMMENDED !!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Although the facilities here are good, the management is a big screwup especially with the price you are paying. I lived here for almost 2 yrs. Recently moved out in Dec 2002. During my stay I was late for paying my rent for 3 days and I get an eviction Notice on my door ..... let alone the fines. I was charged incorrectly 40$ twice becoz some idiot left garbage overnight in front of my apt. NO exceptions. Worst yet when I moved out I hired an apartment cleaner to clean the apt before handing over and I called them 3 times over a period of 4 weeks after moveout for my final settlement and each time I got an answer to look out for my final notice in mail. I never received anything from Rancho Mirage but in the 5th week I received a notice from Debt collection agency to recover a debt on behalf of RanchoMirage. In short move-out was a pain and I am still resolving this issue with the debt collection and the bill is a wopping 480$ after paying apartment cleaners to clean the apartment. Worst yet I don't know what I am paying for .... I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING TO RANCHO MIRAGE ..... The manager especially is very rude mainly during moveout.
